This ANNUAL DOUG CORRIGAN NATURE COMPETITION is in memory of a very close friend and long time member of CAPS. Doug loved nature and was one of the finest nature photographers that most of us had the pleasure of knowing and shooting with. It seems appropriate to remember our friend in a way that would make him proud.

The rules are:

Subject: NATURE (not to include the hands of man, etc.)

Prints must be:

• 8” X 10” or 8” X 12”
• Matted to a finished size of 11” X 14”
• Colour or Black & White/Monochrome
• Taken within two years of the competition
• Accompanied by an entry form
• Title and name of photographer must show on back of print.
• One entry per person.
• Entered no later than December 1.

A large trophy is presented annually and must be returned to the club prior to the award night and the winner is given a plaque to keep.

Certificates will be awarded for First, Second and Third place. Points awarded by judges will be included in the total that determines “Aggregate Award.”
